株式会社ミスターエクスチェンジは、2018年6月11日を持ちましてサービスを終了いたしました。お預かり している全てのお客様の資産は適切に保管されており、本人確認等の手続きを行うことで出金を行うことができ ます。また、Ripple ゲートウェイ Mr. Exchange Japan、Mr. Ripple Japan、Mr. Ripple Hong Kong が発行 を行った IOU(以下、「Mr. Exchange Japan IOU」)については全て凍結の処理を行っておりますが、こち らも同様に出金を行うことができます。

Thank you for using Mr. Exchange. Mr. Exchange, Inc. Japan has closed its operation on June 11, 2018. Users assets will be refundable upon completing KYC process (Know Your Customer) which is in compliance with Japan regulation. Although, IOUs issued by Ripple Gateway : Mr. Exchange Japan, Mr. Ripple Japan or Mr. Ripple Hong Kong (hereinafter as "Mr. Exchange Japan IOU") which has been permanently frozen, are still effective for refund.
